Play with us at our Teddy Bear Picnic
The Friends of Martin's Park is celebrating the end of the summer season with our inaugural Teddy Bear Picnic. Come enjoy beautiful displays of sunflowers, berries, herbs and medicinal plants throughout the space. We pay homage to the smallest of our sunflower varieties at the Park, the Teddy Bear Sunflower, and invite children of all ages to bring their Teddy Bear or other ‘lovie’ for a morning of fun. Bring your favorite lovie and pack a picnic!
When you visit our park, now you can learn a little more about our trees. Go to our link below and learn more about this special collaboration.

More about Boston Virtuosi trio Terzetto:
The members of the Boston Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra regularly reconfigure as a string quartet, quartet-piano-guitar, a cello quartet, and the Ragazzi–Sawzin-Michelin Trio Terzetto We craft our concerts around these fluid instrument combinations, reflecting the spirit, repertoire, and venue of each exceptional performance.
The ensemble is based in the Fort Point neighborhood. The long-term presence of artists in Fort Point – then and now – together with the dawning prospect of the area’s becoming a vibrant Mecca for an arts community that will include an even wider range of performing arts is very exciting. The Boston Virtuosi is part of Fort Point ‘s emerging performing arts identity. The visual and performance artists who have called this remarkable community their home for so many years have created the bedrock beginning of this vibrant neighborhood’s renaissance.
